The funds for this monument were raised through the hard work and efforts of the Ninth Regiment Monument Committee and this page is dedicated to those who so generously donated money, time and talent.
This monument would not be in existence were it not for Robert Larkin, chairman of the committee, but the cold reality is that it takes money to purchase the services and materials necessary for the production and installation of this historical piece of art. The folks here responded to Bob's requests and have provided much needed support, which indeed has made this project come to fruition. We owe them our deepest gratitude for their generosity.
